Correduría Pública 67 - Valuation with legal backing

Valuation with legal backing

A value without backing is just an opinion. As a public broker, I issue valuation reports with public faith: figures defensible before partners, banks, authorities, and courts.

Valuation process

How we work

  1. Object and purpose

We define what is being valued and for what: sale, guarantee, insurance, or litigation. The purpose determines the method.

  2. Information gathering

Documents, titles, financial statements, and background of the asset or business to be valued.

  3. Inspection and analysis

On-site inspection when applicable and application of the regulatory, market, or income method.

  4. Report with public faith

You receive the reasoned, signed valuation report with the broker's public faith.
